Items in stock will be shipped via U.S. Priority Airmail, UPS Ground or FEDEX within 2 days.Actual shipping charges will be added to the total purchase at the time of checkout.We will contact you if there are any additional shipping charges.

Orders from outside the USA: we can arrange delivery anywhere in the world. Once we have your address details, we will be happy to provide an exact quote for delivery to your country. You will be responsible for all local fees or duties that may be applicable in your country.

If you do not see what you are looking for on our website, please email us a description of the sculpture you are looking for and we will do our best to fill your request from our extensive collection in our warehouse or specially order it from our sculptors.

***RETURNS ON INCENSE  AND BODY RELATED PRODUCTS:

Unfortunately, A Taste Of Africa  cannot accept returns on any of our Incense or Body Related Products for health reasons.Please be sure about your purchase before making it .

If there has been an internal mistake, such as shipping an incorrect product, A Taste Of Africa  will gladly correct these mistakes free of charge to you.

We do our best to sell  high quality Body Products. To insure the stability and longevity of your products, we recommend that you store them in a cool dry place. Exposure to high heat and intense sunlight may alter the products appearance, scent and overall quality.  A Taste Of Africa cannot be held responsible for product that is damaged or ruined from mishandling.

Since everyone’s skin, pH levels, and sensitivity is different, we cannot guarantee any of our products against adverse reactions. Like any body product, please discontinue use of our products should any adverse conditions arise. We will not issue refunds based on allergic reactions to our products.

We will happily accept returns or exchanges on the following products provided they are returned in their original condition and in their original packaging within 7 days:

  • Sculpture
  • Clothing
  • Jewelry
  • Other non body related products

 

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt to insure the item is in proper condition for resale. If your return is accepted, you will be charged a 10% restock fee for these items. All return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

All returns must have a Return Authorization number prior to sending back your merchandise. Any merchandise returned without authorization will be returned to the sender and no credit will be applied.

 ** Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

 When you receive your RA number, we will provide you with the “Ship To” address.

All returns must be shipped back to A Taste Of Africa  using a track able courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received by A Taste Of Africa  and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

 **Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange. 
If your package is returned to A Taste Of Africa marked as “refused”, “unclaimed”, or “undeliverable”, and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $10.00 re-shipping fee.

You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you have not received your package.
